A passionate Product and User Experience Design Leader based in San Francisco, CA, firmly believing that design is first and foremost about solving problems. This is why I dedicated my career to working closely with great companies, making sure we deliver delight to their customers at every step of interaction with their product.focus on understanding business and product  strategy while ruthlessly advocating for customers. I take pride in collaborating and leading teams to develop validated, end-to-end Northstar visions, while strategically mapping out iterative development to meet our goals.

My recent work experience includes UX design for business intelligence software, redesign for data visualization tools, design applications for mobile devices, and evangelizing UX best practices for IIoT.

While most of my projects are large-scale mobile/Web redesigns, my practice really stems from many tiny obsessions with experience strategy, complex systems modeling, story crafting, personalization, machine learning, and behavioral design.

​In my leisure time, I enjoy cooking and tasting different ethnic cuisines. Also, I love exploring California’s beaches, parks, mountains and admire the sunset. I’m based in SanJose, but originally from the tiny town of India.

Why should stakeholders, the company, and the users care about moving forward with your idea?
 
To move with this I define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders.Work with creative director and Tech teams to incorporate the understand the features. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

Live in a strange and wonderful nexus of digital world connecting Interface to devices. I led UX design team in Cisco IoT and work to prioritize their activities, define their deadlines and allocate according to the right level of expertise to accomplish each task in products, help to achieve the right balance between demands/tasks, priorities, available resources, and deadlines.

Work closely with senior leadership, product, TME’s and engineering teams to identify UX research needs for product.

 

Identify gaps and solutions for future growth for User Research at IoT including partnerships, diversity in methodology, and streamlining processes.

 

Establish and own the overall design language and architecture for IoT products and services

 

Maintain a solid and competitive understanding of contemporary design and industry trends.
